Mel, alongside the rest of the panel, Cara O’Leary and Adam Hawkins, held an in-person discussion with a select number of industry CEOs and Senior Executives where they took a deep dive into LinkedIn’s latest Economic Graph data and key insights from Microsoft’s latest Work Trend Report and exploring how staffing companies can take advantage of this moment. 

We are two years on from the biggest workplace change in a generation, and businesses continue to face uncertainty and disruption. Leaders must find new ways to adapt and navigate their way through. We are often asked what role the recruitment industry can play and what the industry should be influencing as we look for ways to succeed in this new hiring landscape in 2022 and beyond.
