APSCo has a team of independent judges for our Awards for Excellence, carefully selected for their areas of expertise. This includes specialists in business success, growth, finance, recruitment, diversity and marketing.

A panel of five judges will be matched to each of the award categories. Judges will be given ample time to review all applicable applications and will agree the finalists for each category. Shortlisted members are invited to a face-to-face interview with the panel and the winners will be announced at a gala awards lunch.

Entry Criteria

Each entry will be assessed on the information provided in the application, including any additional information required.

Entries that have not been correctly submitted, missed the submission deadline, or do not meet the necessary criteria will be unsuccessful.

The judges will be looking for the following:

  • Clarity of presentation
  • A well-written, structured and presented case; clear, concise entries will deliver a stronger message
  • Specific, relevant answers with evidence
  • Adherence to the word count

  • Talent Service Partner of the Year £0-25 million turnover
