Our annual awards showcase the work of brilliant recruitment firms throughout the UK. The APSCo UK and OutSource Awards for Excellence are recognised across the professional recruitment sector as a badge of high quality and outstanding service.

He believes that the SME’s ability to be nimble, highly specialised and remain entrepreneurial is the future of the agency sector in the UK.
Carla Roberts
Dual qualified UK/US lawyer with extensive experience in the staffing and insurance industries.
Expertise in outsourcing arrangements specifically managed services, recruitment process outsourcing, Statement of Work (SOW), IR35/Off- Payroll legislation, employment status, commercial contracts and supply chain due diligence.
Tara Ricks
Tara is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 25 years’ experience in the sector. She developed and managed award-winning finance recruiter Joslin Rowe Associates and was included in the Global Power 100 Women in Staffing list.
Greetje Brosens
Greet has worked in the recruitment and wider HR industry for over 25 years, in large blue chip organisations as well as PE backed scale up businesses.
Her experience spans all aspects of sales, from setting up and growing recruitment businesses across Europe, managing large RPO/MSP solutions across multiple geographies, as well as transforming an assessment business to a SaaS business model with the relevant sales and customer success divisions.
Greet currently works at Workwell, a back office partner to the recruitment industry for all contingent worker related needs, as Chief Sales and Revenue Officer.
Kevin Poll
Kevin Poll is SVP of Strategy for WorkLLama and is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and business development. Kevin is passionate about empowering organization’s workforce strategies through innovative HR solutions and helping talented individuals connect to meaningful work. With over 29 years’ experience bringing new technologies to market, Kevin has worked with multiple HR tech start-ups and some of the world's largest brands such as ADP and SAP.
