Tom Davenport
Tom is Managing Director of Alvius, technology partners to the UK’s leading jobs, recruitment and staffing organisations - and APSCO Outsource Trusted Partners. Tom co-founded Alvius in 2019 having previously run another business and before that worked in financial services. Since the emergence of ChatGPT and other AI technologies, Alvius has been integrating AI capability into their vendor management and talent pooling platforms, already improving outcomes for their tens of thousands of end users.
Andrew is the technical Managing Director of Alvius, leading the product, design and technology teams. A self-taught software developer, he comes at technology with a design and user experience focus. He was previously Co-Founder of Feisty, an SME jobs platform and before that a technology & telecoms consultant at PwC. He has a BA from Oxford University and lives in south London with his wife Hannah and son.
