We are delighted to announce our 2024 Charity Partner - YourGamePlan.
If you have not heard of YourGamePlan before, their mission is: to unlock tomorrow's talent through verified training and events. They work with over 1,200 schools and colleges, equipping their students with essential career skills. With over 75 accredited training modules, young people can accelerate their career readiness and best prepare for the working world. At YourGamePlan, they understand the importance of enhancing opportunities, which is why they offer a variety of events and competitions for young people to showcase their skills on a national scale. Their specialty in areas such as soft skills, financial literacy, digital & tech skills and wellbeing, sets them apart in helping build the workforce of tomorrow.

YourGamePlan is excited to announce our upcoming 'Interview Week' happening this February!
In just one week, they will be delivering a staggering 5,000 interview training sessions to state school and college students across the UK, all conveniently hosted on their virtual platform.
Their mission is simple yet impactful - they aim to ensure that as many young people as possible are well-prepared to transition seamlessly from education to employment, with the interview process being a crucial part of their journey. But they can't accomplish this alone (which is where APSCo OutSource, and its members come in!) They are seeking dedicated volunteers like you to commit some of your valuable time to deliver these important interview sessions. Don't worry, they will take care of everything, including your DBS checks. All you need to do is show up, on the virtual platform, on the designated day and share your expertise. To prepare you for this rewarding experience, there will be a 30-minute training webinar beforehand to walk you through the process. Rest assured, the interview questions and format are pre-set, and you will be provided with all the necessary information well in advance.
After the online sessions, YourGamePlan will send an impactful report to all students, parents, and schools, offering valuable advice and insights on improvement, ensuring they are ready for the real thing.
